Missing or Damaged Items Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that you inspect your package promptly upon delivery to ensure all items are included and in good condition.
If any items are missing or damaged, please contact our customer service team on the same day of receipt. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request clear photos of the package and affected items.
Once verified, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. If the issue was caused during shipping, we will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the matter.
Please note that claims submitted after the delivery date may not be accepted.
Full Order Returns
Orders Not Yet ShippedIf your order has not been shipped, you may request cancellation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Orders Already ShippedIf your order has been shipped, please contact us to request a return authorization. Returned items must be received in unused, undamaged condition and suitable for resale.
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Partial Order Cancellations or Returns
If you wish to cancel or return part of your order, we are happy to assist.
Before Shipment
Partial cancellations can be processed before shipment. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days.
After Shipment
For partial returns, please contact us for a return authorization. Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Returned items must be in resalable condition.
For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If returning items causes the remaining order to no longer qualify for a promotional discount, the adjusted discount amount may be deducted from the refund.
Non-Quality-Related ReturnsFor returns not caused by product defects or quality issues, refunds will cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
