I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from VoVoDeal.com you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be undamaged, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

3. Click on My Account and click on [ My messages ] and write to us about the item(s) you wish to return.

Make sure the item(s) is in its original packaging, For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15-30 Business Days for us to get your package at the delivery center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
As a VoVoDeal.com customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. An exchange requires the original order to be returned to VoVoDeal within 30 days. If the reason is due to the buyer simply changing their mind about keeping the product, the wrong item purchased, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
